The equipment comprises a light source, a plurality of optical transmissioncomponents, an optical fiber coupler, a reference arm, a sample arm, a spectrometer and a camera, wherein the central wavelength of the light source is 840 nm. The imaging equipment adopts an adaptive optical coherence tomography technology to optimize the optical path design and component selection, especially uses a deformable reflecting mirror based on MEMS and a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor based on high-speed CMOS, and thus the cost, size and complexity of the traditional deformable mirror are greatly reduced; and the equipment enables the AO-OCT to penetrate deeply, can perform high-resolution imaging on a deep retinal vascular layer, and thus the changes of capillary microvessels caused by the two diseases can be distinguished, so that wider acceptance is obtained.
