Embodiment 1

[0049] This embodiment provides an ablation catheter, refer to figure 1 , figure 2 with image 3 , figure 1 is a partial cross-sectional view of the balloon part of the ablation catheter in Embodiment 1 of the present invention, figure 2 is the front view of the balloon part of the ablation catheter in Embodiment 1 of the present invention, image 3 It is a schematic diagram of the temperature information detection unit in Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The ablation catheter 100 includes a double-layer balloon 110 , a temperature information detection unit 120 and a catheter body 130 .

[0050] refer to figure 1 , the double-layer balloon 110 includes an outer layer balloon 111 and an inner layer balloon 112, the outer layer balloon 111 is coated outside the inner layer balloon 112, the outer layer balloon 111 and the inner layer balloon Both proximal and distal ends of 112 are fixed on catheter body 130 . The temperature information detection unit 120 is arran...

Embodiment 2

[0081] This embodiment provides an ablation catheter. The ablation catheter in this embodiment is similar to the ablation catheter in Embodiment 1. The difference is that in this embodiment, the first wire, the second wire and the temperature measurement module All are fixedly connected with the double-layer balloon. The differences will be introduced below, and the similarities will not be repeated.

[0082] In this example, refer to figure 2 , the temperature measurement module 123 is fixedly connected to the double-layer balloon 110, that is, only the temperature measurement module 123 is fixedly connected to the double-layer balloon 110, and only the proximal ends of the first wire 121 and the second wire 122 are fixed on the At the proximal end of the double-layer balloon 110 , the first wire 121 , the second wire 122 and the temperature measurement module 123 are all disposed in the interlayer 113 formed by the inner balloon 112 and the outer balloon 111 . Since the t...

Embodiment 3

[0087] This embodiment provides an ablation catheter. The ablation catheter in this embodiment is similar to the ablation catheter in Embodiment 1. The difference is that in this embodiment, the temperature measurement module is connected to the double-layer ball capsule connection. The differences will be introduced below, and the similarities will not be repeated.

[0088] refer to Figure 7 , Figure 7 is a front view of the ablation catheter in Embodiment 3 of the present invention, and the ablation catheter 100 also includes a braided mesh 140. The braided mesh 140 is arranged in the interlayer 113 of the double-layer balloon 110, the proximal end of the braided mesh 140 is fixedly connected with the proximal end of the double-layer balloon 110, and the distal end of the braided mesh 140 is connected with the double-layer balloon 110. The distal end of the double-layer balloon 110 is fixedly connected. The braided net 140 is braided by soft non-metal, and includes at ...

Abstract

The invention provides an ablation catheter and an ablation system. The ablation catheter comprises a catheter body, a control handle, a double-deck sacculus and at least one temperature detection unit. The control handle is connected with the proximal end of the catheter body. The double-deck sacculus comprises an outer sacculus and an inner sacculus, the outer sacculus encloses the outside of the inner sacculus, and the outer sacculus and the inner sacculus are both arranged at the distal end of the catheter body. The temperature detection unit is arranged in the space between the inner sacculus and the outer sacculus, and is electrically connected to the control handle through the catheter body. According to the present invention, when temperature information on the outer surface of thedouble-deck sacculus is estimated based on temperature information detected through the temperature detection unit in the ablation catheter and ablation system, the accuracy of the estimated temperature information on the outer surface of the double-deck sacculus can be improved, and furthermore, the ablation effect of the ablation catheter and ablation system can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to an ablation catheter and an ablation system. Background technique [0002] Patients with atrial fibrillation are at high risk of stroke. In atrial fibrillation, the atrium beats irregularly and rapidly, losing its systolic function. Blood stagnates in the atrium and forms a thrombus. The thrombus falls off and enters the brain along with the artery, which is a stroke. Hypertension has the characteristics of high incidence, low awareness rate and great harm. Experimental data have proved that hypertension is related to the high excitability of renal sympathetic nerve in patients. Currently, these diseases are often treated with catheter ablation. For example, applying energy to the pulmonary vein through the ablation catheter to ablate the pulmonary vein potential to achieve the effect of treating atrial fibrillation; ablation through the ablation catheter to block the ...
