At the offline stage, two standard images of the punched nickel-plated steel belt are acquired, and circle center coordinates of an initial punched hole in the upper left corner in each of the two standard images are extracted. At the online detection stage, first, the circle center coordinates and radius of an initial punched hole in a to-be-detected image of the punched nickel-plated steel belt arepositioned; second, a standard matching template is generated by use of the standard images obtained at the offline stage; third, the standard matching template and the to-be-detected image are subject to differential processing; and last, the quality of the punched nickel-plated steel belt is judged according to the differential processing result.
