The partition plates has a time switch function, one-way filter devices are fixedly installed in the through holes, each of thetwo ends of the wastewater treatment chamber is fixedly provided with a water inlet pipeline, a water outlet pipeline and a backup water inlet pipeline, the water inlet pipelines, the water outlet pipelines and the backup water inlet pipelines are provided with adjusting valves respectively, and the two ends of the wastewater treatment chamber are fixedly connected with the aeration stone.
