Abstract

The invention relates to an optimization method of an AC / DC hybrid power system. The method comprises steps that a system is divided into an AC power supply region and a DC power supply region, according to access requirements, a power supply voltage level, power supply quality requirements, the reliability level and power supply power requirements of power supply regions are determined; the number of power electronic transformers required is determined based on the system regions and the number of system power sources, a system region power supply network structure is established, and preliminary design of the capacity of ports of the power electronic transformers is performed; a three-layer optimization model is established to optimize the system, the first layer is for optimization of the capacity of the ports of the power electronic transformers, the second layer is for optimization of network power supply paths, and the third layer is for optimization of power source-load-energy storage regions; iterative solution of the three-layer model is performed till iteration is over. The method is advantaged in that the method realizes coordinated planning of various sources, loads andstorage resources and the distribution network in the AC / DC hybrid power distribution system, and satisfies the system's multiple types of distributed power source and energy storage accesses, and application requirements of the power electronic transformers.
