Angle measurement system based on linear Hall sensors and angle measurement method

The invention discloses an angle measurement system based on linear Hall sensors and an angle measurement method. The angle measurement system comprises four linear Hall sensors, four potentiometers, an AD sampling apparatus, a microprocessor and a display, and is characterized in that the four linear Hall sensors are sequentially arranged along a circumference, two adjacent linear Hall sensors are orthogonally placed, two opposite linear Hall sensors are placed in a directly facing manner, and a central axis of a radial magnetization magnet passes the center of the circumference along which the four linear Hall sensors are arranged and is perpendicular to the circumference. A signal output end of each linear Hall sensor is connected with a first fixed end of the corresponding potentiometer, second fixed ends of the four potentiometers are grounded, sliding ends of the four potentiometers are connected to four sampling channels of the AD sampling apparatus, and the microprocessor calculates a rotation angle according to ADC data and outputs the calculated rotation angle to the display. A defect of narrow measurement range of a traditional angle measurement method is overcome, and measurement for angles within a range of 0-360 degrees is realized.

Long-distance sensing device combining energy conversion sensor and optical fiber

The invention relates to a long-distance sensing device combining an energy conversion sensor and an optical fiber. The long-distance sensing device comprises a sensing head, a host and a connection cable 5, wherein the sensing head comprises a current or voltage output energy conversion sensor 1 and an electricity and light conversion unit 2, the host comprises a photoelectric conversion unit 3 and a signal analysis and processing unit 4, and the connection cable 5 communicates the sensing head and the host. The energy conversion sensor 1 carries out corresponding current output when sensing changes of a physical quantity, and the output currents are used for driving the electricity and light conversion unit 2. Optical signals produced by the electricity and light conversion unit 2 are transmitted in a long distance through the connection cable 5 and then returned to be electric signals through the photoelectric conversion unit 3, signal analysis is carried out in the signal analysis and processing unit 4 and accordingly the measured physical quantity is analyzed. The long-distance sensing device is suitable for a large quantity of conventional energy conversion sensors so that the sensors can work in a long-distance environment without power supplies, has the advantages of being easy to install and high in adaptability, and brings great convenience for actual on-site installation and system design.
