The invention discloses a biomedical piezoelectric material polarization device and method. The device comprises two cathode binding posts, a cathode plate, a thermal insulation safety head, a lifting handle, an anode binding post, an oil bath basin, a nested copper disc and a silver sheet electrode. The cathode plate is placed in the oil bath basin, the two cathode binding posts are respectively vertically fixed at the two ends of the cathode plate, and the lifting handle is installed on the thermal insulation safety head which is respectively connected with the two cathode binding posts and covers the oil bath basin. According to the method, in polarization, the nested copper disc is fixed on the cathode plate, then biomedical piezoelectric materials are placed in the middle of the nested copper disc, the silver sheet electrode is placed on the biomedical piezoelectric materials, the anode binding post is put down to press the silver sheet electrode, and the polarization is achieved through control over the oil bath temperature of the oil bath basin at last. The biomedical piezoelectric material polarization device prevents pollution hard to clear from permeating a sputtering electrode coating, a silver paste coating and high-temperature silicone oil, and meets requirements for application of biological materials.
