Abstract
The invention provides moisture-reactive polyurethane resin suitable for low-temperature environment and a preparation method thereof. The moisture-reactive polyurethane resin comprises a mixing step,a dehydration step, a cooling step, a polymerization step and an addition step. The mixing step is to mix at least one polyol with at least one additive to obtain a mixed solution. The dehydration step is to remove water from the mixed solution to obtain a dehydrated mixed solution. The cooling step is to cool the dehydrated mixed solution. The polymerization step is to add at least one isocyanate to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer. The addition step is to add at least one catalyst to obtain the moisture reactive polyurethane resin suitable for low temperature environment. Therefore, the moisture-reactive polyurethane resin has the characteristics of high peeling strength, high ripening rate and the like during low-temperature processing.
