The refrigeration / heating system inputs a cold / heat medium into a heat transfer cover plate; and the heat transfer cover plate and the saliferous semi-rigid base layer test sample carry out heat transferring to simulate the actual road surface heating condition. A pressure sensor detects the expansibility of the saliferous semi-rigid base layer test sample; and a displacement sensor detects the expansion amount of the saliferous semi-rigid base layer test sample. Meanwhile, with the temperature and humidity test rod, the internal temperature field change, water-salt transferring, thermal expansion and salt expansion characteristics of the saliferous semi-rigid base layer test sample can be tested.
