Abstract

The invention discloses a monitoring and early warning system and method for petrochemical product conveying pipeline leakage. The monitoring and early warning system comprises a sensing detection unit, a wireless communication unit, a remote terminal processing unit, a power supply unit and an execution mechanism. The monitoring and early warning method comprises the following steps of acquiringdata of temperature, humidity, illumination, carbon dioxide, and vibration as well as data of target gas concentration and target product leakage as an original data set; training by adopting a grey neural network algorithm, taking the original data to time integral as input data of the algorithm, and establishing a mathematical relationship model; collecting real-time monitoring data, performingreal-time display output and storage on a remote terminal, and predicting leakage of a target product and leakage occurrence probability according to the mathematical relationship model; and correspondingly starting leakage early warning according to the leakage occurrence probabilities. The system and the method have the characteristics such as good universality, high accuracy, and low energy consumption, and are suitable for leakage monitoring and early warning in a long-distance chemical pipeline conveying process.
