The method comprises the steps of fixinga space relation A between a positioning piece and a collimator, wherein collimating light emitted from the collimator can irradiate a photoelectric detector by the PLC Mux to generate response by thespace relation A under the condition that a PLC Mux positioned piece is positioned and a light giving-out path of the PLC Mux is aligned to the photoelectric detector; fixing a space relation B between a light spot analyzer and the collimator, wherein the collimating light emitted from the collimator can irradiate the light spot analyzer sequentially by the PLC Musx and the lens by the space relation B under the condition that the PLC Mux positioned piece is positioned and a waveguide light giving-out port of the PLC Mux is aligned to the lens; and placing the PLC Mux at a setting position ofthe positioning piece, translating and aligning the lens of the PLC Mux waveguide light giving-out port until the lens and the PLC Mux are fixedly combined after a light sport generated from the collimating light by the lens reach a target position on the light spot analyzer.
