The novel active peptidase for enhancing resistance of livestock and poultry organisms consists of the following components in parts by weight: 80-90% of peptidase, 1-5% of glucose oxidase, 3-7% of glycyrrhizic acid, 1-6% ofsubtilisin and the balance of a carrier. The process utilizes the functional peptidase which takes serine kinase as an active ingredient, the peptidase is compounded with the glucose oxidase, the glycyrrhizic acid and the subtilisin, the components are added according to a proportion and fully and uniformly mixed, the product is fed by being mixed with a feed h or drinking water, after 7-10 days,the product can improve the resistance of livestock and poultry organisms, accelerate the differentiation and proliferation of immune cells (BT), repair damaged liver cells, and increase the anabolicmetabolism and detoxification capacity of liver.
