The steps of the system construction method are as follows: (1) determining an insertion site of a heterologous protein; (2) successfully constructing a library of WhNV recombinant viroid particle VLP fused with enhanced green fluorescent protein EGFP; (3)constructing a library of Wuhan Noda Village recombinant virus particles fused with H5 antigen protein of human avian influenza virus; and (4) establishing a virus display system of Wuhan Noda Village. The system comprises: (1) WhNV capsid of Wuhan Noda Village virus, (2) a fusion protein as the heterologous protein inserted into the WhNV capsid protein, and (3) linkers, small amino acid sequencesrespectively added to the N-terminal and C-terminal of the fusion protein as linkers to connect with the WhNV capsid.
