An inner chamber of the first valve body is divided into a first chamber and a second chamber by the opening degree regulating assembly. The first chamber communicates with the gas outlet and communicates with the gas storage chamber through a first gas port formed in the first valve body. The opening degree of the first gas port is regulated by theopening degree regulating assembly according to the quantity of gas entering the second chamber. The second regulating valve can switch between the gas supply state, the gas exhaust state and the keeping state by changing the input electric current.
