Problems solved by technology

In addition, the research on early transverse cracks of continuously reinforced concrete pavement on site focuses on counting the number of transverse cracks, so as to indirectly study the relationship between the number of transverse cracks and age, and it is impossible to simply and accurately judge the cracking time during the maintenance of transverse cracks; However, field tests on the development of early transverse cracks along the depth of the slab are even more scarce. The development of early transverse cracks to the reinforcement layer will cause bond slip between reinforced concrete, which will lead to stress redistribution of the continuously reinforced concrete pavement. "Fault type" damage occurs in the horizontal direction of the reinforcement layer position, that is, the occurrence of horizontal cracks

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of road engineering detection, and discloses a prediction method for early transverse cracks of continuous reinforced concrete pavement. The methodcomprises following steps: (1) determining a plurality of measuring points before paving road slab of the continuous reinforced concrete pavement to be predicted, setting a row of strain gauge alongslab depth direction of the road slab at each measuring point, and connecting the strain gauge to an automatic data acquisition device; (2) after the continuous reinforced concrete pavement at a position of the strain gauge to be set is paved, continuously detecting longitudinal strain and temperature by the plurality of the strain gauges respectively at different positions of the road slab; (3) and processing data received by the automatic data acquisition device, sequentially and respectively calculating and obtaining equivalent age and ultimate tensile strain at different positions of the road slab based on the obtained temperature data, thereby respectively comparing the obtained ultimate tensile strain with the corresponding longitudinal strain, and performing prediction. The method is easy to implement, has good flexibility and has high accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field related to road engineering detection, and more specifically relates to a method for predicting early transverse cracks on a continuously reinforced concrete pavement. Background technique [0002] The early transverse cracks during the maintenance of Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP) tend to develop wider than the transverse cracks that appear later in the service period, which is related to subsequent disease thrust failure, horizontal cracks, etc. Therefore, it is of great significance to determine the generation time of early transverse cracks and their development along the depth direction of the slab to guide the design and construction of continuously reinforced concrete pavements. [0003] At present, the research on early concrete cracking is concentrated on indoor experiments and theoretical solutions. The research on early concrete cracking focuses on comparing the tensile strength ...
