The method comprises the steps of: obtaining the set active power, the set reactive power and the set terminal voltage of the permanent magnet direct driven wind-driven generator; calculating the theoretical parameter of the permanent magnet direct driven wind-driven generator; using the theoretical parameter as the input of the first stage of a signal selector to obtain the integral output of the double closed loop control of a grid-side converter and a generator-side converter to complete a first initialization phase; obtaining the control loop output parameter of the permanent magnet direct driven wind-driven generator, and calculating the dq-axis output voltages of the grid-side converter and the generator-side converter; using the control loop output parameter and the dq-axis output voltages of the grid-side converter and the generator-side converter as the input of the second stage of the signal selector to obtain the integral output of the double closed loop control of the grid-side converter and the generator-side converter to complete a second initialization phase.
