The invention discloses a static mixer apparatus, which comprises a wind box, a gas valve, a gas flow meter, a gas input port, a washing liquid input port, a mixed liquid output port, a liquid flow meter, a first liquid valve, a first liquid pump, a washing liquid pool, a second liquid pump, a cooling liquid pool, a second liquid valve, a third liquid valve, a cooling tower, a static mixer, and acutting assembly. According to the present invention, the static mixer is additionally arranged before flue gas enters the chemical industry device and is treated; before the flue gas enters the cooling tower, the filler tower and the empty tower, the gas and the liquid are fully mixed in the static mixer; the flue gas enters from the top portion of the static mixer, and flows from top to bottom;in the static mixer, the washing liquid and the flue gas are subjected to reverse contact, such that the flue gas completely contacts the washing liquid; the rapid and continuous exchange is performedon the surface of the cutting assembly, such that the momentum balance of the flue gas and the liquid is achieved; and the liquid reversely falls to the bottom portion of the tower so as to completethe complete mixing of the gas and the liquid.
