The two clamping bodies hinged to each other are used for respectively carrying a magnetic driving detecting assembly and a permanent magnet assembly; pitching type adjusting basesare arranged on the two clamping bodies to install the magnetic driving detecting assembly and the permanent magnet assembly respectively; pitching swinging axes of the adjusting bases are parallel with or overlapped with hinging axes of the two clamping bodies. Locking assemblies are arranged between the adjusting bases and the corresponding clamping bodies. The magnetic driving detecting assembly and the permanent magnet assembly are arranged at the corresponding clamping bodies by the adjusting bases; and the initial positions of the magnetic driving detecting assembly and the permanent magnet assembly on the clamping bodies can be adjusted, so that the adjustable range of the initial distance between the magnetic driving detecting assembly and the permanent magnet assembly is large.
