Abstract

A detection chamber and a sorting device are arranged on a machine frame, a conveying belt passes through a rectangular through hole formed in the lower portion of the detection chamber, and the sorting device is arranged in the mode of being close to a conveyingbelt outlet formed in the lower portion of the detection chamber. An image acquisition module, a light source module and a position sensor are arranged in the detection chamber. A controller is further arranged, and the image acquisition module, the light source module, the position sensor and the sorting device are connected with the controller through signals. The image acquisition module acquires images of PCBs to be detected. The light source module provides a light source for the PCBs to be detected. The position sensor detects the positions of the PCBs to be detected. The sorting devicesorts out the PCBs which have defects through detection. The controller receives image signals of the image acquisition module and controls the sorting device to move after the images are compared with images of standard PCBs.
