Abstract

The invention provides an on-line fixed-bed hydrogenation method for high-temperature separated gas and medium hydrocarbon of a suspended-bed hydrogenation product of a carbon-hydrogen material. According to the invention, high-heat separated gas obtained in the hot high-pressure separation process of a suspended-bed hydrogenation product R10P of heavy oil or coal powder is separated into high-temperature separated gas with a part of high-boiling-point hydrocarbons removed and high-temperature separated oil; high-boiling-point components like a hydrocarbon component with a common boiling pointhigher than a certain boiling point at 350 to 520 DEG C in the high-temperature separated gas can be effectively reduced or completely removed; vacuum-residue-free or wax-oil-free high-temperature separated gas and medium hydrocarbon KF, such as self-produced or foreign wax oil and diesel oil in R10, are modified through an on-line fixed-bed hydrogenation reaction process R70, so the coke generation rate of a hydrogenation catalyst in R70 and the decomposition rate of metal can be significantly reduced, the cycle of operation is prolonged, and the quality of a product is improved; and when the R70 is combined to process a suspended-bed hydrogenation main product namely the diesel oil, and when the highest-boiling-point hydrocarbon in the high-temperature separated gas belongs to a dieseloil component, the generated oil fractionation process of the R70 can be simplified, and energy consumption of diesel oil distillation is greatly reduced.
