The optical fiber comprises a quartz area, wherein a circular core area and two stress areas are arranged in the quartz area; the two stress regions are symmetrically distributed along the center of the core region; the core area sequentially comprises a first core layer, a second core layer and a quartz transition layer from inside to outside, wherein the center of the core area is taken as a circle center; the relative refractive index difference delta 11 of the first core layer relative to the quartz region is 0.5-1.1%; the relative refractive index difference delta 12 of the second core layer relative to the quartz region is -0.5% to -0.05%; the refractive index n 14 of the quartz transition layer is equal to the refractive index n 16 of the quartz region; and the refractive index n 2 of the stress regions decreases in a logarithmic curve from the near core region to the far core region.
