Abstract

The invention relates to a design method of a unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced composite material (UD-CFRPs). The design method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a mechanical property prediction model of UD-CFRPs by adopting a cross-scale finite element method; step 2, modeling and solving sensitivity analysis models of various mechanical property parameters of the fibers and the matrix by utilizing the input sample set and the result sample set, and verifying sensitivity indexes by adopting a variable parameter amplitude method; and step 3, based on the sensitivity analysis model in the step 2, designing different types of UD-CFRPs. According to the technical scheme, the UD-CFRPs design method based on the sensitivity analysis model is provided, capable of effectively solving the problems that in an existing design, fibers and a matrix are ignored to serve as main factors influencing the UD-CFRPs mechanical property difference, the sensitivity of some parameters is not analyzed, the difference between the parameters and actual parameters is large, and an effective method for achieving verification of a sensitivity analysis result is lacked.
