The extraction equipment performs DNA by a classical phenol-chloroform method; and a spherical valve body in the injection device can automatically switch injection pipelines, so that different solutions can be injected into tubes filled with animal tissues. Therefore, the equipment can automatically achieve the DNA extraction by the phenol-chloroform method; and as compared with a magnetic bead, the equipment is simple to operate, adopts a common mechanical structure and is lower in cost.
