The water reducing agent is mainly prepared from a polyether macromonomer, (methyl)acryloyl morpholine, (methyl)hydroxyl acrylate, alkyl acrylate phosphate, (methyl)acrylic acid, a chain transfer agent, an initiator, a neutralizer and water. By introducing various functional monomers and using the optimization conditions, the optimum synergistic anti-mud effect is realized.
