The impurity removal method comprises the following steps: allowing municipal water sequentially passes through a reverse osmosis device, a first security filter, a heating tank, a second security filter and a first hot water storage tank via a water inlet pipe to complete corresponding procedures; and then allowing a part of the treated municipal water to enter the sugar boiling pan and a part of the treated municipal water to enter a second hot water storage tank.
