Abstract

The wavegeneration device applicable to a wave simulation test mainly comprises a test water tank, a power and transmission system, a wave generation system, a ratchet mechanism and a bank slope simulation system. The power and transmission system generates and outputs kinetic energy required by operation of the whole device, the wave generation system generates waves with different motion properties andforms, the ratchet mechanism can control the kinetic energy transmission process of the whole device and protect the motor, and the bank slope simulation system is used for simulating dam slopes and bank slopes with different gradients. The wave generation device is simple in structure, has less external energy consumption, can generate waves with different wave elements and slopes with differentinclination angles according to test working conditions, and is conductive to deep exploration of the processes of wave propagation, deformation, climbing, crushing and the like.
