Embodiment 1

[0039] see figure 1 , a method for judging the aging degree of a composite insulator, the method comprising the following steps:

[0040] S1. Reference figure 2 The schematic diagram of the hydrophobic angle measurement of , the experimental steps are: ① Cut the composite insulator material into 5cm*5cm*2cm slices. ② Place the test sample in NaCl solution doped with 30% mass, and boil the solution for 100h. ③Wipe the sample clean and dry it, place the water drop on the surface of the material, slice and tilt the composite insulator, measure the angle Ω between the inclined surface and the horizontal plane when the water drop just does not slip, and compare the material sample with the unaged Composite insulator tilt angle Ω N In contrast, the oblique angle aging factor α=Ω / Ω is obtained N ;

[0041] Such as figure 2 The diagram of the applied voltage and leakage current of the composite insulator is shown, and the experimental steps are as follows: ① The test transform...

Abstract

The invention relates to a judgment method of composite insulator aging degree. The judgment method comprises the following steps: S1, performing hydrophobic performance testing, current leakage testing and tension testing on a to-be-tested composite insulator; S2, determining a comprehensive aging factor of the to-be-tested composite insulator according to a hydrophobic performance testing result, a current leakage testing result and a tension testing result of the to-be-tested composite insulator; and S3, determining the aging degree of the to-be-tested composite insulator according to the comprehensive aging factor. The judgment method has the following advantages: 1) the hydrophobic performance testing, the current leakage testing and the tension testing are combined to commonly detectthe aging degree of the composite insulator, and the aging state of the composite insulator can be well reflected in compared with the hydrophobic performance testing, the current leakage testing andthe tension testing, and the accuracy is high; and 2) compared with the judgment method of a scanning electron microscope and the infrared spectroscopy, the judgment method disclosed by the inventionis simpler and more convenient, and the cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to a method for judging the aging degree of composite insulators. Background technique [0002] The average service life of composite insulators is much shorter than traditional porcelain insulators and glass insulators. Its composite insulator materials will undergo insulation aging in the complex climate environment of nature, resulting in degradation of insulation performance, which threatens the normal and stable operation of the power system. [0003] The aging degree of existing composite insulators is mainly determined by measuring the thickness of the powdered layer on the surface of the composite insulator by scanning electron microscopy, or by analyzing the composition of the compound by infrared spectroscopy. However, the methods of electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy require expensive instruments and equipment, and the cost of use is high. Contents of t...
