Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-fluidic chip and a preparation method and capture method thereof. The micro-fluidic chip comprises a micro-fluidic channel film (1), a substrate (4) and a response hydrogel micro-structure array (5), wherein a micro-fluidic channel (2) in a preset shape is arranged in the micro-fluidic channel film (1), each end point of the micro-fluidic channel (2) is provided with a through hole (3) running through the micro-fluidic channel (2), the substrate (4) is bonded to the micro-fluidic channel film (1) so as to close the micro-fluidic channel film (1), the response hydrogel micro-structure array (5) is a closed structure composed of a response hydrogel microstructure (6) and is arranged in the micro-fluidic channel (2), and the size of the response hydrogel microstructure (6) is controlled by the located environment. By adopting the response hydrogel microstructure with the adjustable size, objects are captured by controlling the intervals of the response hydrogel microstructure array, and no external device needs to be connected.
