Abstract

According to the invention, vibration signals are collected by controlling falling heights of hybrid rice seeds and the length and thickness of a cantilever steel plate and time-domain characteristicsof the vibration signals are analyzed to realize identification and sorting of normal seeds and crack-glume seeds of hybrid rice. To be specific, the method comprises: vibrating a feeding device to enable single hybrid rice seeds to fall vertically with the heads down and collide with a steel plate; collecting steel plate vibration signals caused by the collision of the seeds with the steel plateby an acceleration sensor; collecting the vibration signals by a data collection card and transmitting the vibration signals to a computer; displaying and storing the vibration signals by the computer; on the basis of a signal processing method, carrying out preprocessing and time-domain analysis on the vibration signal data and extracting time domain characteristic parameters including a voltagepeak, a range, a root mean square, energy, and a kurtosis; and setting a time domain characteristic parameter threshold and identifying and sorting normal seeds and crack-glume seeds of hybrid rice.
