The output end of the hydrogen fuel cell is electrically connected with the inputend of an inverter device. The output end of the inverter device is electrically connected with the AC voltage bus of a hydropower station power system. The AC voltage bus of the hydropower station power system is electrically connected with the input end of a security load. The direct current outputted by the hydrogen fuel cell is converted into alternating current by the inverter device and then outputted to the AC voltage of the hydropower station power system to supply power to the security load. A hydrogen transmission control unit is arranged on the pipeline between the hydrogen storagedevice and the hydrogen fuel cell.
