According to the invention, a coagulating sedimentation system is adopted in pretreatment, so that the problem of unstable operation of the device caused by blockage is effectively solved; an MVR forced circulation evaporation separation system is adopted to perform wastewater evaporation on a leachate, so that the problems of heat transfer coefficient reduction, energy consumption increase, evaporator blockage and shutdown are avoided; the advanced treatment systemis used for treating evaporated effluent, so that the cost is greatly reduced; by adopting a landfill leachate zero-emission treatment system, the leachate is subjected to evaporation separation, generated crystals are solidified into bricks and then subjected to landfill treatment, the quality of inflow water is not affected, and the landfill leachate zero-emission treatment system has more advantages compared with a concentration recharge mode adopted for leachate wastewater treatment at present.
