Embodiment 1

[0061] In this embodiment, the operating device 1 includes an operating instrument 11 and a connecting part 12, such as image 3 and Figure 4 shown. The operating instrument 11 may be a traction clip, medical scissors and other surgical instruments suitable for intracavity operations. The connecting part 12 includes a fixing groove 121 , a sliding groove 122 , a sliding part 123 and a pulling wire 124 . Wherein, a first limiting component 121a for fixing the connecting rod 2 is disposed in the fixing groove 121 . In this embodiment, the connecting rod 2 is a hollow needle. The tip of the hollow needle 2 is provided with a second limiting component 21 matched with the first limiting component 121a. When the tip of the hollow needle 2 enters the fixing groove 121 , the hollow needle 2 and the connecting portion 12 are fixedly connected through the first limiting component 121 a and the second limiting component 21 . The connection part 12 is made of high-strength and high-...

Embodiment 2

[0073] Figure 10-Figure 11is a schematic diagram of an endoluminal surgical system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this implementation, the intracavitary surgery system includes an operating device 1 , a connecting rod 2 and a handle 3 . In this embodiment, the connecting rod 2 is a hollow needle. The operating device 1 is arranged in the chest cavity or the abdominal cavity, and is used for performing corresponding surgical treatment on the patient's lesion. When performing intracavitary surgery, the doctor opens an incision on the patient's body surface as required, which can be used as a passage for surgical instruments to enter and exit, and then places the operating device 1 in the cavity through the incision. The hollow needle 2 is fixedly mounted on the handle 3 , and the tip of the hollow needle 2 enters the cavity through the body surface and is fixedly connected with the operating device 1 . Thus, the doctor can control the operating devic...

Embodiment 3

[0076] In this implementation, the intracavitary surgery system includes an operating device 1 , a connecting rod 2 and a handle 3 . Thus, the doctor can control the operating device 1 through the handle 3 outside the body to perform corresponding operations, which can avoid mutual entanglement and interference ...

Abstract

An endoluminal surgical system is disclosed that includes an operating device, a connecting rod, and a handle. The operating device comprises an operating instrument and a connecting part. During surgery, the operating device is placed in a cavity through an incision, then the tip end of the connecting rod enters the cavity along the puncture point to be fixedly connected with the connecting partof the operating device, the other end of the in-vitro connecting rod is fixedly connected with the handle, and then an operating instrument is controlled and adjusted in vitro through the handle to achieve a corresponding surgical operation. Injury to the body of a patient can be reduced, meanwhile, a surgical operation in vitro can be conducted more conveniently, and the success rate of a surgery is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical surgical instruments, in particular to an intracavity surgical system. Background technique [0002] In conventional thoracic and laparoscopic surgery, when surgical instruments enter the cavity for operation, an incision of about 5 m is first made on the body surface, and a trocar is inserted to form a channel for the surgical instruments to enter and exit. When the operation is over, the Chuka is pulled out and the wound is sutured. At present, the limit of surgical operations is single-port surgery, that is, laparoscopy, operating instruments, and tissue or organ pulling instruments are inserted into the cavity through the same incision for surgery. Due to the limitation of the size of the incision, when multiple surgical instruments enter the cavity through the same incision, the surgical operation is inconvenient and difficult, and the risk control ability in the event of an accident is poor...
