Abstract

The invention provides a real-time monitoring cell culture system in order to observe the internal environment of a cell culture device under the condition of maintaining the stability of a cell culturing microenvironment. The real-time monitoring cell culture system comprises an image collection device which is used for collecting images of cells in the culture system, a cell culture device whichcomprises a cell culture cavity for culturing cells and moves relatively to the image collection device, and a rotary transmission device which is used for providing power to relatively circumferential motion between the image collection device and the cell culture device. According to the technical scheme, the cell culture system enables a user to observe the status of cell culture without opening the cell culture cavity, is favorable to maintaining the balance of the cell culturing microenvironment, can be used for reducing the workload of the user for frequently opening or closing the cellculture cavity, is favorable to reducing the risk of bacterium invasion in the cell culturing process, and can be used for increasing the survival rate of cell culture.
