Abstract

A dynamic load balancing telemetering method based on tabular configuration is used for performing observation data telemetering after required necessary functions are completed in each period in periodic tasks. The method comprises the following steps: (1.1) defining all telemetry data to be sent as a table form to form a telemetry data configuration and operation table; (1.2) traversing each rowin the table by using a periodic telemetry task generator, preparing telemetry data according to static configuration information of each row of telemetry data, configuring telemetry task parametersaccording to dynamic runtime information, and generating a telemetry task; (1.3) putting each telemetry task into a priority queue to be executed, and waiting for being executed; (1.4) defining a periodic telemetry task actuator, and calculating the remaining time of the period and the bus load rate of the past ts in each period; (1.5) calculating the number of executable telemetry messages, and taking out a corresponding number of telemetry tasks from the queue for execution according to the priority; and 1.6) the telemetry receiver sets a receiving cache and balances the peak bus load.
