Abstract

The invention discloses a retaining structure as well as a wind generating set and a tower structure. At least the outer contour of the cross section of the upper part of the retaining structure is drop-shaped, and the drop-shaped outer contour comprises a head part, a tail part, and two waist parts which are positioned at the two sides for connecting the head part to the tail part; the head partand the tail part are in the shapes of semi-circular arcs; and the diameter of the head part is greater than that of the tail part. While upwind incoming flow flows around the drop-shaped retaining structure, flow-around resistance is greatly reduced, and structure stability is guaranteed; flow-around speed of the upwind incoming flow is increased, and a wind energy utilization coefficient of a wind turbine is increased while the retaining structure is applied to the wind generating set; and meanwhile, the retaining structure can restrain along-wind-direction vibrations and transverse-wind-direction vibrations.
