(3) an elastic nonwoven fabric and a fiber product using the elastic nonwoven fabric, the elastic nonwoven fabric containing core/shell type composite fibers containing low crystalline polypropylene satisfying the items (c) to (h) have excellent elastic recovery property and pleasant texture without stickiness.

According to the protection circuit of the converter power component, both ends of each power device are parallelly connected with a fault bypass circuit, a thyristor and an over-current protection circuit respectively. When the power component fails to work, the fault bypass circuit triggers the thyristor, so that the thyristor is communicated and bypasses the power component. When the power component generates an over-current phenomenon, the over-current protection circuit triggers the thyristor, so that the thyristor is communicated and protects the power component. According to the protection circuit of the converter power component, the two-way control thyristor with good flow capacity and short-circuit failure characteristic, and the short-circuit over-current protection function of the power component and the short-circuit failure function of a fault power component are integrated. The over-current protection circuit and the fault bypass circuit based on the two-way control thyristor do not need any extra power supply, so that the burden of the high-level energy taking power supply of the power component is reduced, and the protection circuit of the converter power component is more suitable for forming cascaded multi-level high-voltage converters.

The dialkylphosphinate metal salt obtained by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has small particle size and good flowability; and furthermore, when the particle size is less than 90 mu m, in particular to 40 mu m, the tap density can still above 600g/L, and the problems that such flame retardants are easy to raise dust during the feeding process and less prone to uniformly mixing with resin can be well solved. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple process and convenience in operation, and the coupling agent is low in price and easy to obtain; and simultaneously, production equipment is simplified and production cost is reduced.

The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the prepared BTF-TNT cocrystallized explosive has good safety and detonation property and excellent free-flowing property, can serve as the component of explosives, gunpowder and propellants and has better application prospect in high-energy insensitive ammunitions; and the preparation method has the advantages of simple process flow, convenience in operation, mild reaction conditions, good safety and high product quality.
