Abstract

The invention discloses a closed evaporative cooling cold water system for a data center. The system comprises a casing body. A wet channel, a dry channel, and a water tank are sequentially arranged from top to bottom in the casing body. The system further comprises a cabinet closed cold channel. A heat exchanger and an air return opening are arranged in order from bottom to top at the top of thecabinet closed cold channel. The wet channel is connected with the heat exchanger through a water pipe G1 and a water pipe G2 to form a closed pipeline. According to the closed evaporative cooling cold water system provided by the invention, the heat exchanger is placed on the cabinet closed cold channel; cold water flows in the coil of the heat exchanger; water cooling is used instead of traditional air cooling to achieve a better cooling effect; to a certain extent, the indoor occupied space is saved; two-stage cooling of return water is realized; finally cold water with lower temperature isacquired to cool down the cabinet of the data center; and compared with direct heat exchange and other indirect heat exchange, indirect evaporative cooling has a better cooling effect.
