Abstract

The medium crystallization prevention pump valve adjustable in flow rate comprises a pump valve body, wherein a threaded hole is formed in the top of the pump valve body, a temperature sensor is connected in the threaded hole in a threaded mode, an analog to digital (A\D) converter is electrically connected onto the temperature sensor, a single chip microcomputer (SCM) is electrically connected onto the A\D converter, and an electric heat tracing ring is electrically connected onto the SCM. The temperature sensor is arranged in the pump valve body for monitoring temperature in the pump valve body, and when the temperature is low, the SCM controls the electric heat tracing ring to emit heat so asto raise the temperature of the pump valve body and prevent that a medium is crystallized and generates solid particles, and mechanical sealing and use life of the valve are influenced due to the fact that the solid particles are accumulated on a mechanical sealing end face and a sealing position on a valve core of the valve, and furthermore the used electric heat tracing ring has the advantagesof being small in size and small in occupied space, and starts to work under control of the SCM when the temperature is low.
