Abstract

The invention discloses a tracker transfer parameter optimization method and device for three-dimensional thermal expansion deformation of a workpiece, and the method comprises the steps: calculatingthe central point of the thermal expansion deformation of the workpiece through ANSYS finite element thermal analysis according to a three-dimensional digital model of a to-be-measured workpiece; establishing a transfer station target optimization function considering the three-dimensional thermal expansion deformation of the workpiece; according to the theoretical value of the reference point ofthe workpiece enhancement system and the position result, actually measured by the laser tracker, of the reference point of the workpiece enhancement system, adopting a singular value decomposition method to obtain initial values of transfer parameters; randomly generating a plurality of transfer parameters according to the initial values of the transfer parameters to establish a particle swarm ofan optimization algorithm, and calculating adaptive values of individuals of the particle swarm; and carrying out iterative optimization on population individuals by adopting a particle swarm optimization algorithm until an optimal tracker transfer parameter is obtained through calculation. According to the method, the three-dimensional thermal deformation factor of the workpiece caused by temperature change of the large workpiece is fully considered, and the station transfer measurement precision of the tracker is improved.
