The invention provides an oxygen wetting device. The oxygen wetting device comprises a housing, a humidifying core, a gas guiding flow channel and a connecting seat, wherein the humidifying core extends into wetting liquid in an accommodating cavity; the connecting seat is provided with a seat chamber; the seat chamber is provided with a chamber wall which extends in the extending direction of thehumidifying core; the top end of the humidifying core is located in the seat chamber; the outer surface of the top end of the humidifying core is propped against the chamber wall in the radial direction of the humidifying core; the gas guiding flow channel comprises a gas guiding groove or a gas guiding hole formed in the chamber wall; one end of the gas guiding flow channel communicates with a gas inlet pipe, and the other end of the gas guiding flow channel communicates with the accommodating cavity; and dry oxygen enters the accommodating cavity along the gas guiding flow channel and is separated from the gas guiding flow channel outside the wetting liquid.
