Whenthe honeycomb paperboard sandwich layer punching device is used for punching, the punching method is implemented specifically according to the following steps: step 1, selecting the interval and themodel number of the steel needles for the punching, and obtaining the corresponding honeycomb paperboard sandwich layer punching device; step 2, enabling a paper band used for manufacturing a honeycomb paperboard sandwich layer to pass through an interval between the punching roll and the paper guiding roll; step 3, starting a motor, enabling a second gear to rotate, and using the steel needles topunch the paper band; and step 4, turning off a power source, finishing production, and obtaining the honeycomb paperboard sandwich layer with a honeycomb wall surface punching structure.
