Abstract

The invention discloses an application of an SNP marker in pancreatic cancer prognosis. The rs1026654 is discovered to be related to the lifetime of an IOERT-LAPC patient for the first time by sequencing an IOERT-LAPC sample. Further, sanger sequencing is used for verification in the IOERT-LAPC patient. The invention finds that: when the genotype of the rs1026654 is AA, prognosis of the patient isgood; when the genotype of the rs1026654 is AG or GG, the prognosis is poor. The invention prompts that the prognosis of the IOERT-LAPC patient can be judged by detecting the genotype of the rs1026654.
