Abstract

The invention relates to a glass substrate production water footprint accounting and online control method, which is realized through a glass substrate production water footprint accounting and onlinecontrol system based on an enterprise DCS system. A waste water COD concentration monitor, several water quantity monitors and a control index feedback module are constructed; various glass substrateproduction processes are monitored in real time; accordingly, the effective water consumption, the water resource circulation utilization rate, the water resource efficiency and the water footprint are calculated; and, by adoption of strategies of a water quota mandatory target, a water use efficiency control target and a circulating water utilization rate optimization target, water resource distribution, optimization of the water resource efficiency and waste water COD emission and optimization of circulating water utilization are adjusted according to graded targets. Compared with the priorart, the glass substrate production water footprint accounting and online control method in the invention has the advantages that: the water resource is saved; the water resource utilization efficiency is increased; the enterprise running cost is reduced; use of the glass substrate production water resource is managed and controlled systematically and scientifically; the enterprise greenization and the intelligent production level are improved; and green and sustainable development of the glass substrate industry is promoted.
