The high-temperature-resistant valve material is prepared from components in weight ratio as follows: 1-10 parts of yttrium, 10-20 parts of niobium, 20-30 parts of carbon steel, 12-22 parts of shell powder, 10-20 parts of steel and 1-10 parts of activated carbon. The method for preparing a die from the high-temperature-resistant valve material comprises the following steps: (1), niobium, the carbon steel and the steel are ground into powder and the powder is placed in a container; (2), the powder in the container is stirred for 30-50 min and then is heated to 300-350 DEG C, and the heat is preserved for 40-60 min; (3), stirring is performed again, yttrium, the shell powder and the activated carbon are sequentially added, the mixture is heated again to reach 400-450 DEG C, and the heat is preserved for 30-50 min; and (4), cooling is performed for 80-120 min, the temperature is reduced to 100-150 DEG C, stirring is performed again finally, and a product waits for cooling shaping finally.
