Abstract

The invention relates to a laser radar system based on an MEMS scanning mirror. The system comprises: a laser emitting device used for emitting a laser beam; the MEMS scanning mirror that is used forreflecting the laser beam to form a scanning laser beam so as to realize light beam scanning in a first direction; an optical rotating mirror that is used for reflecting the scanning laser beam to form a reflection laser beam so as to realize light beam scanning in a second direction; the optical rotating mirror is also used for reflecting a received target echo to form a reflection echo; a laserreceiving device is used for receiving the reflection echo; a scanning control device is used for controlling the laser emitting device and/or the MEMS scanning mirror, so that the laser beams entering the MEMS scanning mirror in each swing period have a plurality of incident angles, and the incident angles of the laser beams in the adjacent swing periods are different. According to the system, the light energy utilization rate of laser beams is high, the detection distance is large, the detection precision is high, and the detection fineness and resolution are improved in a time division multiplexing mode.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of laser radar, in particular to a laser radar system based on a MEMS scanning mirror. Background technique [0002] Lidar technology is a radar system that emits laser beams to detect the position, speed and other characteristic quantities of the target. The lidar technology calculates the feature quantity of the target based on the Time of Flight (TOF) method. Lidar technology is widely used in autonomous driving, surface topography mapping, military reconnaissance, atmospheric detection, robot vision and other fields. In the related art, due to the limitation of the number of array units of the sensor used to receive the target echo in the laser radar system, the detection resolution of the laser radar system cannot meet the use requirements. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of this, the present disclosure proposes a laser radar system based on a MEMS scanning mirror. [0004] Acco...
