Embodiment 1

[0048] Digital printing reactive dye inkjet ink, which includes the following components by weight percentage: reactive black 5 12%, triethylene glycol 10%, alkoxylated alcohol 0.5%, trimethylol acrylate 0.8%, EDTA Disodium 1.8%, thiazole fungicide 0.2%, caprolactam 7%, triethylamine 1%, NP-10 2%, the balance is deionized water. The above components were mixed in proportion, stirred for 2 hours to mix evenly, aged at 60°C for 24 hours, and filtered with 0.5 micron medium-speed filter paper to obtain digital printing reactive ink.

Embodiment 2

[0050] Digital printing reactive dye inkjet ink, which includes the following components by weight percentage: Reactive Brilliant Red X-BB 15%, triethylene glycol 12%, alkoxylated alcohol 1%, trimethylol acrylate 0.8% , EDTA disodium 1.6%, thiazole fungicides 0.2%, caprolactam 10%, triethylamine 1%, NP-10 1.5%, and the rest are deionized water. Stir the above components according to the corresponding content for 2 hours and mix them evenly, then mature them at 60°C for 24 hours, and filter them with 0.5 micron medium-speed filter paper to obtain digital printing reactive ink.

Embodiment 3

[0052] Reactive dye inkjet ink for digital printing, which includes the following components by weight percentage: C.L. reactive blue 4917%, 1,2 propylene glycol 11%, alkoxylated alcohol 1%, trimethylol acrylate 1.0%, EDTA Disodium 1.4%, thiazole fungicide 0.4%, caprolactam 8%, triethylamine 2%, NP-10 2%, and the rest are deionized water. After the above components were stirred for 2 hours according to the corresponding content and mixed evenly, they were aged at 60°C for 24 hours and filtered with 0.5 micron medium-speed filter paper to obtain digital printing reactive ink.

Abstract

The invention discloses reactive ink for digital printing and a preparation method thereof. The reactive ink is prepared from, by weight, 10-30% of a reactive dye, 10-30% of a viscosity regulator, 0.2-2% of a surface tension regulator, 0.2-0.5% of a bactericide, 5-10% of a cosolvent, 0.5-4% of a penetrant, a stabilizer and the balance of deionized water; the stabilizer is selected from one of thecombinations: (1) 0.5-3% of triethylamine + 0.6-1.0% of trimethylolpropane enoate + 1.4-1.8% of disodium EDTA, (2) 0.5-3% of triethylamine + 0.6-1.2% of triethylene glycol butyl ester + 1.4-1.8% of disodium EDTA, (3) 0.5-3% of triethylamine + 0.4-0.8% of triethylene glycol butyl ester + 0.4-0.8% of N-2-hydroxyethylpiperazine + 0.6-1.0% of disodium EDTA. The stabilizer for the ink helps improve thestability of the ink, and helps solve the problem that traditional phosphates easily cause environmental pollution. The preparation method of the ink provided by the invention helps remarkably reducethe impurity content in the ink, and is economical and environmentally friendly; the reactive ink prepared is suitable for single-pass printing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an active ink for digital printing and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The traditional printing process requires a lot of water, and the waste liquid, waste water, and waste slurry produced have caused great pollution to the environment and brought many troubles to people. Unlike the traditional printing process, digital printing does not require complicated plate-making parts. During the entire printing process, no water is used, and no staff is required to prepare the color paste. After the machine is set up and the ink cartridge is installed, Activate the print mode and the machine dispenses the dye as needed, jetting the ink directly onto the fabric. At the same time, in the process of spray printing, it avoids the dye produced during the washing process of the printing machine during the mixing process, so there is no discharge of dye solution and color paste, and no pollutants will appear.
