The composition mainly consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 3.3% of a cordyceps militaris extract, 3.3% of a cactus extract, 3.3% of a grape seed extract, 3.3% of a grape skin extract, 8.3% of chitosan oligosaccharide, 3.3% of glutathione, 16.7% of carrot freeze-dried powder, 33.3% of wheat germ powder, 8.3% of a cherry extract and 16.7% of wild rose fruit extract, wherein a variation range of the components is + / -1%. The invention also provides formulated solid beverage powder, a use of the formulated solid beverage powder as a food additive, and a method of preparing the solid beverage powder.
