Abstract

The method comprises the steps of acquiring and preprocessing a high-resolution remotesensing image; dividing the image into four stages of images including a foundation stage, a middle building stage, a capping stage and a building stage, and extracting image features according to different building stages; creating a sample set and establishing a sample database; designing a network model and parameters; classifying and identifying the images in different construction stages; andextracting a building construction position and a boundary contour. The invention also provides a remote sensing identification system for the construction progress of urban buildings by cloud computing. The system comprises a spatial database; a data processing module; a GIS cloud service platform; a GIS convolutional network cloud computing module; a statistical analysis cloud computing module; and a building construction stage type diagram output module.
