According to the method, the PSS is optimized through adoption of the generalized phase compensation method, so that the damping characteristic of the power system after wind power grid connection can be better improved, the oscillation amplitude of the power system is reduced, the oscillation time is shortened, and the stability of the power system is facilitated; and for different operation conditions, the optimized PSShas better robustness.
