Embodiment Construction

[0031] refer to Figure 1 to Figure 2 Further explain the neonatal jaundice detection device.

[0032] A neonatal jaundice detection device, such as figure 1 As shown, it includes microporous filter membrane 1, water-absorbent pad 2 and detection pad 3, the upper end surface of water-absorbent pad 2 is bonded to microporous filter membrane 1 by glue, the lower end surface of water-absorbent pad 2 is bonded to detection pad 3 by glue, and the microporous filter membrane 1 is a mixed fiber filter membrane. The absorbent pad 2 is a non-woven cotton pad.

[0033] Such as figure 1 As shown, the detection pad 3 includes a first coated sheet 4, a urine filter membrane 5, a paper chip 6 and a second wrapped sheet 7 packaged sequentially from top to bottom, and the paper chip 6 is embedded with a urine detector for detecting urine in urine. Reagents for the reaction of biliary and bilirubin,

[0034] Such as figure 2 As shown, a hydrophobic protective cover 8 is also included, a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a neonatal jaundice detection device which comprises a microporous filter membrane, a water absorption pad and a detection pad; the upper end surface of the water absorption pad is bonded with the microporous filter membrane through glue; the lower end surface of the water absorption pad is bonded with the detection pad through the glue; the detection pad comprises a firstcoating piece, a urine filtering membrane and a paper chip which are sequentially packaged from top to bottom; and the paper chip is provided with a reagent for detecting reaction of urobilinogen andbilirubin in urine in an embedding manner. By adopting the neonatal jaundice detection device disclosed by the invention, through the capillary action of the water absorption pad and the paper chip, sampling and analysis of the urine are passively completed, so that invariance brought by blood tests is avoided, and a true sense of zero detection wounds is realized. The neonatal jaundice detectiondevice has the advantages of simpleness in processing, low cost, convenience in use, no wound to a human body and no need for complex instruments and external forces, automatically finish detection ofphysiological health states of the human body, provides a way for instant check of neonatal urine and has the potential of being widely applied to the field of hygiene, health and nursing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, more specifically, it relates to a neonatal jaundice detection device. Background technique [0002] Jaundice refers to the phenomenon of yellow staining of sclera, skin, mucous membrane and other tissues and body fluids caused by the increase of serum bilirubin (SB). Due to the characteristics of bilirubin metabolism in newborns, about 50% to 60% of full-term infants and more than 80% of premature infants develop jaundice within 2 to 3 days after birth, and reach the peak on 4 to 5 days; Regression within 2 weeks, premature infants can be extended to 3 to 4 weeks. The detection of jaundice in infants and young children uses traditional phototherapy to treat hyperbilirubinemia. The newborn is placed under a blue fluorescent light, the newborn is completely naked, and an eye mask is used to protect the eyes. However, there are many problems with traditional phototherapy devices, such a...
